Nate Guggenheim is a native Washingtonian – yes, there are a few... He is a graduate of the Saint Albans School for boys at the National Cathedral and received his undergraduate and master's degrees in Art History at the University of St Andrews in Fife, Scotland, where he focused his studies on post 1950s American art. Apparently, he had to travel to another country to learn about American art. He wrote his Master’s dissertation on Mark Rothko. Nate worked in commercial real estate lending locally and decided to direct his interests to residential sales in February of 2006. He has sat on various committees for the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR).
